Terms & Conditions — Where Your Shadow Meets Your Light

About this service Where Your Shadow Meets Your Light is an astrological insight and intuitive guidance service. It is not therapy, medical advice, financial advice, or psychological counselling. You are the authority on your own life. Take what resonates. Leave what doesn't.

If anything arises during our time together that is beyond the scope of this reading, I will refer you to the appropriate qualified professional.

Booking & payment

  • Full payment of $550 incl GST is required at the time of booking to secure your space

  • Your container begins on the date of your scheduled reading

  • Birth date, birth time, and birth location are required at the time of booking, along with a brief note on what you are currently moving through

Cancellations & rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice and we will find a new time together

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable, as this time has been held exclusively for you

  • If I need to reschedule for any reason, you will be offered alternative dates at no additional cost

Refunds

  • Due to the nature of this service and the time and energy held for you across the container, refunds are not available once your reading has commenced

  • If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please reach out directly so we can discuss it openly

Your privacy

  • Your birth details and any personal information shared during our time together are kept strictly confidential

  • Your reading (including the PDF, journal prompts, and oracle card pull) is for your personal use only and is not to be shared, reproduced, or distributed

Recording

  • Your live Zoom reading will be recorded for your personal reference and shared with you

  • The recording is for your use only and is not to be shared publicly

Messaging access

  • Open messaging is available Monday to Friday, with responses provided within 24 hours

  • This access is for processing and integration support related to your reading — it is not an on-call or crisis service

Client responsibility

  • You agree to take full responsibility for your own wellbeing and any decisions made following your reading

  • You understand that astrology is a tool for self-reflection and insight, not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice
